The North Shearwater Beach is accessible from stairs at the end of Avocet Road or Kestrel Lane.
The Beach north of the stairs belong to each house on the bluff overlooking the beach.
However, Members and their guests may traverse or otherwise use such beach, so long as they do not block or establish a beachhead in the vicinity of the owners stairs.
The South Shearwater Beach is accessible from the long stairs at the end of Cormorant Rd.
The Association Beach rights extend approximately 50 feet Southward away from P-Town. A storage area for kayaks and paddle boards is on the North Beach. Please store only one item per family during times of heavy use.
Items are not to be tied to the Stairs or drift fences. There is an area at the top of the North Stairs where chairs and kayaks can also be stored.
